- You will serve as a coach and mentor to Teachers and classroom teams by providing training, competency-based feedback, and ongoing support in evidence-based educational and behavioral practices.
- You will utilize Behavior Skills Training (BST) methodologies to ensure staff achieve and maintain competency in instructional techniques, classroom systems, and behavior support procedures.

- You will collaborate with Teachers, therapists, educational leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality services and consistent student support across programs.
- You will provide leadership in staff development, performance management, professional growth initiatives, program-wide training systems, and monthly professional development activities.
- You will support program quality, regulatory compliance, instructional fidelity, and operational consistency while helping to cultivate a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
