Professional Assistant - SPD
The Assistant reports directly to the Senior Program Director (SPD) and is responsible for providing administrative support to assist the SPD with managing efficient and effective program supports and services by the Agency’s philosophy, values, legal/regulatory requirements, and established protocols. The Assistant may be requested to provide administrative support to the offices of the AEC and behavior services if warranted. The Assistant also provides support to Program Directors and Coordinators as warranted/needed.

To actively further the agency’s mission to optimize quality of life (QofL) for individuals served by monitoring and implementing systems that promote the QofL of the individuals in our care.
Pay Range: $20.40 - $22.32 Hourly; Based on years of experience
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing confidential administrative support to the SPD.
- Responsible for providing administrative support to various new and established groups and committees.
- Responsible for providing support of office service systems and overall general support as outlined.
- Responsible for providing confidential assistance to the Executive Office, if requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree is preferred but High School diploma may be sufficient with proven extensive experience and ability to perform the functions of the position.
- 3 years working in an administrative capacity or in the Human Services Field
- Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in writing and in person and must possess strong organizational skills.
- Computer efficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel are required. Experience with MS Power Point and MS Access a plus.
