Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the early stages of the recruitment process, including screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for applicants and ensures timely communication. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also assists the Employment Coordinator with interview training for hiring managers to ensure each department implements effective and consistent hiring decisions.

Pay Range: $22.63 - $24.55 Hourly, based on experience
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the initial screening of all applicants.
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist works with the Employment Coordinator and is responsible for maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and tracking charts.
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for scheduling and coordinating initial interviews.
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for applicants during the early stages of the hiring process.
- The Talent Acquisition Specialisteworks closely with the Employment Coordinator on developing and implementing trainings to build and enhance interviewing skills and processes that support management in in identifying strong candidates, assessing cultural fit, and making sound hiring decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors’ degree or a combination of education and relevant experience to successfully perform the duties of the position,
- Proficiency in all MS Office Software required
- Excellent organization and communication skills required
- Knowledge of statistics is a plus
