Ensures a safe and clean environment for all program participants and staff. Performs daily inspections and repairs as assigned that involve basic skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, use of hand and electric tools, wall repair and painting, and appliance repairs. Leads work groups as established for temporary and permanent projects. Performs all assignments with professionalism expected from all department employees.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly; Based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Performs assigned tasks efficiently and in a professional workmanlike manner. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve maintenance problems that arise. Provide preventative maintenance services in accordance with prescribed schedules and procedures.
Ensures prompt corrective measures for all identified hazards.
Ensures systems are functioning properly.
Ensures adherence to the following Department standards.
Participate in mandatory rotating maintenance on-call and snow removal.
REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma or equivalent with sufficient knowledge and experience to satisfactorily perform the responsibilities of the position.
