The Treatment Specialist is responsible for providing confidential intake and services provision for the Article 16 Clinic, OPWDD Waiver Services as CCO (Care Coordination Organization) liaison, eligibilities through NYS, superusers of Electronic Health Records, and participating in special assignments through regulatory guidelines in accordance with the state.

Salary Range: $26.38 - $28.30 Hourly; Based on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Treatment Specialist is responsible for ensuring intake and service provision for the Article 16 Clinic
The Treatment Specialist is responsible for ensuring intake and service provision for OPWDD Waiver Service through CCO Liaison
The Treatment Specialist is responsible for the Eligibilities through NYS including Medicaid and Social Security
The Treatment Specialist is the superuser of Electronic Health Record Therap
The Treatment Specialist is responsible for participating in Specialty Assignments
The Treatment Specialist will provide administrative services to the Finance Department as directed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years OPWDD experience required.
