Insures a clean sanitary environment for all program participants and staff. Carries out the day-to-day cleaning, minor repairs as assigned, and major unit cleaning on a continuous rotating basis. Works independently or with a work group as established to accomplish assigned tasks. Works to the high standards of professionalism expected from all department employees.

QUALITY OF LIFE EXPECTATION FOR ALL STAFF:
To actively further the agency's mission to optimize quality of life (QofL) for individuals served by monitoring and implementing systems that promote the QofL of the individuals in our care.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.25 Hourly; Based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and in a professional, workmanlike manner.
Performs minor maintenance work as assigned.
Represents the department in a positive manner at all times.
Participation in seasonal on-call snow & ice removal.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent required
sufficient experience to effectively perform the functions of the position.
